Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $89.00 within Australia. For orders under $89.00, a flat rate of $10.00 applies. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Availability: We currently do not ship to select international locations.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Notifications:

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your order's progress using the link provided in the email.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at aussiepoochoffice@aussiepm.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Return Policy for information on how to return or exchange an item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Aussie Pooch Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at aussiepoochdirect@aussiepm.com.au and send your item to: Aussie Pooch Direct, Unit 11, 23-25 Skyreach Street Caboolture 4510, Queensland.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
